Our Food
All of our pizzas are made with a slow fermented high hydration dough using premium stone milled “0” Italian flour, they are hand stretched to approximately 12” before being cooked in our woodfired oven. All pizzas are served (garlic excluded) with one of our garlic & crème fraiche dips. Perfetto!
